For groups of 100-200 participants or more we offer an affordable meeting package in our unique Artbox. The meeting package includes everything you need for a day conference as well as transportation to and from Artipelag.
Artbox Meeting costs SEK 890 per person – our most affordable package for a full day conference.
Artbox Meeting includes
- Full-day (8.00 am to 5.00 pm) conference in our event hall Artbox.
- Notebooks, pens, candy, fruit and water.
- Technical equipment: projector, projector screen, stage, Bose audio system including two microphones, LED lighting, and a technician to start up the meeting.
- Morning coffee including breakfast sandwiches from Artipelag’s bakery, juice, coffee/tea.
- Conference lunch inspired by the chef’s choice and the current season, including a hot dish served with salad, bread, mineral water, coffee/tea.
- Afternoon coffee with something sweet from Artipelag’s patisserie, coffee/tea
- Half-price admission to the current exhibition during regular opening hours
Optional Extras
- For alternative seating arrangements in the Artbox, a cost quote is available by request
- Meetings in the Artbox after 5 pm are charged at SEK 5,500 per hour for every additional hour (or portion thereof).
- An “After Meeting” in the Entrance Hall:
One glass of wine/beer/non-alcoholic beverage along with snacks such as olives, root vegetable chips, and mixed nuts for an additional cost of SEK 145 per person
An “After Meeting” in the Entrance Hall: Three canapes and one glass of sparkling, for an additional cost of SEK 185 per person - A short or full guided introduction to our current exhibition
- Dinner after the meeting: Menu and drinks package available upon request

- Minimum charge is for 100 participants

Artbox event hall.
1 200 square metres of possibilities for large events, kick-offs or conferences. The space has several special advantages. Here you can room a mingle for 1,200 people or a cinema seating for 1,100 people.
Artipelag exclusive.
We make Artipelag all yours – book the entire Artipelag and get unique exclusivity!
The artist room.
Located on the first floor is the Artist Room with a separate entrance and its own outside space. Here artists, speakers and other guests can get an experience out of the ordinary.
Bådan.
A restaurant and café on the second floor with a large terrace and the huge Gneiss rock in front of the floor to ceiling windows. The space is beautifully decorated with tables and chairs from Artipelag’s own design series November.
Chrysanthemum.
A room for a conference, management meeting or for a dinner. The room is well suited for 16 dining people.
The entrance hall.
This room is perfectly suited for arranging gala dinners and cocktail parties. It is also excellent for larger groups to mingle during a conference or an event.
Pavillion 1-3.
On the top floor of the building you will find our beautiful pavilions, all of them are equipped with private patios.
The studio.
This is a flexible room with several set up possibilities for meetings, workshops and private events.
