The Artipelag bus

Travel by Bus to and from Artipelag

Departures every day. The trip to Artipelag is free of charge and the trip back costs SEK 50. The travel time is approximately 25 minutes in each direction.

The buses, which either has the Artipelag logo or are yellow and marked with the Traveller company logo, leave from Vasagatan 24, just outside the McDonalds restaurant that are located under the bridge that is Klarabergsviadukten. There is a stop sign marked with ”Artipelag” at the departure point.

We try our best to customise the size and number of buses to the anticipated amount of visitors on any given day, but please be aware that buses may be full and that all of our shuttle services are operated on a first come, first served basis.

Monday through Sunday

To Artipelag
11 am and 12.15 pm

From Artipelag
3.15 pm and 4.30 pm

For the return trip a ticket is required. You can purchase a ticket for SEK 50 at our information desk (free of charge for children up to twelve years of age).
On the return trip to Stockholm Central Station, the bus can make a stop at the Nacka Junction, if passengers indicate they would like to disembark there.

To Artipelag with public transportation

From Slussen metro station, take bus number 474 to Värmdö marknad. There you first cross the street and then change to bus number 468 to Hålludden (just outside the main entrance). Please plan your trip in advance, so that you don’t have to wait a long time at Värmdö marknad.
