About The Pastry
he Solar Egg pastry consists of a pistachio base with crisp yoghurt mousse, bergamot and pear cream; pannacotta flavoured with verbena berries, lemon glaze, and a decoration of gold-coloured chocolate shards.
The offer is valid Tuesday to Friday throughout April.
