On the 15th of October, 2016, we would like to invite you to a seafood weekend at the Artipelag Restaurant. Take this opportunity to enjoy fresh seafood surrounded by Artipelag’s beautiful scenery and architecture.
Seasonal Roe from Kalix
Served with mashed potatoes from Säbygård, sour cream, and chopped red onions.
Joppe’s Shrimp Salad
Made with shrimp, Rhode Island dressing, boiled eggs, and lemon.
Mussels cooked in beer from Värmdö Brewery, served with parsley and French fries.
Smoked or fresh shrimp, oysters, and king crab.
Scalloped Thermidor with mushrooms, cognac, and parmesan cheese.
Cheeses from Anna Rindö
Served with marmalade and Swedish crispbread.
Served with vanilla sauce.
Saturday, October 15, at 7 pm (pre-dinner mingling begins at 6 pm)
SEK 995 per person.
Beverages are not included. The weekend’s custom wines will be from France and we offer wine by the bottle, ½ bottle, and glass. We also have wine packages available.
