On January 17th 2019 Roca Productions arranged an extraordinary conference experience using Artipelag’s multifunctional event hall – the Artbox.
The participants arrived to Artipelag by boat and started their day with a nice breakfast on the boat. After a short walk along the wooden boardwalk from the pier to the main building the guests were welcomed in to the Artbox. Roca Productions used the big event hall in full and created an incredibly effective and ravishing set design for their conference participants. After lunch, a filling and elegant buffet in the foyer, the conference group split up for separate workshops in different rooms. The group left Artipelag by bus to continue their night in central Stockholm
Roca Productions rented Artipelag exclusively and the conference welcomed a total of 250 guests.
