Midsummer in the Stockholm Archipelago

Artipelag will be open on Midsummer Eve and during the entire Midsummer weekend.

The Midsummer weekend is one of the most beloved Swedish traditions. Many Stockholmers enjoy a trip to the archipelago to celebrate with family and friends.

On Midsummer Eve we will be open 11 am - 3 pm.
On Midsummer Day, and the Sunday after Midsummer 11 am - 5 pm.

Midsummer lunch will be served on friday between 11 am - 2 pm.

  • Soused herring, new potatoes, eggs, red onion/chives, browned butter & dill.
    White chokolate brownie with fresh strawberries.
  • Bean chili with pickled red cabbage, sour cream and nacho chips.

A delicious Midsummer brunch will be served on Saturday and Sunday in Artipelag Restaurant.

Take the opportunity to see our exhibitions, and enjoy the tasty food & pastry in Bådan Café & Pâtisserie.

Direct buses between Cityterminalen and Artipelag, will operate on Midsummer Eve and during the entire Midsummer weekend. Daily buses will be available every day from June 23 to August 31.
