Bådan Café & Pâtisserie presents the exhibition pastry I Follow the Sun, inspired by the current exhibition with the same name.
About the Exhibition Pastry
The pastry consists of a chocolate tartlette with sunflower seed crisp, dark chocolate cream and whipped white chocolate ganache flavoured with passion fruit. The pastry is created by Artipelag’s pastry chefs in Bådan Pâtisserie. The inspiration comes from Artipelag’s current exhibition I Follow the Sun – Sunflowers in Art 1889–2024.
