Enjoy a well-prepared brunch with a panoramic view over Baggensfjärden. All food is cooked from scratch by Head Chef Carl Landqvist, along with Artipelag’s chefs, drawing inspiration from the surrounding nature and emphasising seasonality and locally sourced ingredients. The dessert table is presented by Head of Pastry Annie Hesselstad and her talented colleagues in the pâtisserie.

About the Brunch

At the brunch, a choice of a main course from the restaurant's à la carte menu is served, along with a buffet of cold dishes and a concluding dessert table.

Dishes that may be served at the buffet include egg royale with soured cream and whitefish roe, smoked salmon mousse with herbs and sourdough croutons, cheese and charcuterie and tomato salad with silver onions, pickled jalapeño and parsley.

The dessert table features pastries and desserts such as the Nobel dessert-inspired crème fraîche mousse with lingonberry compote flavoured with tar syrup and brownie and pâte de fruit with mandarin and Timut pepper sugar.
