About the Brunch

Artipelag’s brunch offers a choice of main course from the restaurant’s à la carte menu, a buffet with carefully selected cold dishes, and a concluding dessert table. Discover your favourites from our exceptional brunch selection – there is something for everyone.

The cold buffet presents delicacies such as citrus-cured char with dill mayonnaise and pickled fennel, Swedish charcuterie, tomato, garlic and almond salsa, cold-smoked salmon with whitefish roe mayonnaise and cress, as well as lamb roast topped with crispy Jerusalem artichoke. Vegetarian options complement the offering, including a pearl barley salad, charred gem lettuce with goat’s cheese, pomegranate and parsley.

The buffet also includes vegan alternatives, such as roasted broccoli with chilli, ginger, soy and sesame seeds, herb-baked carrots with toasted seeds and chives, and an orange salad with shaved red onion, fennel crudités and black olives.

The dessert table is a delight in itself, featuring treats like salted caramel and chocolate tartelettes with chocolate ganache and sea salt, yoghurt mousse with lemon curd and pistachio cake, bread pudding with vanilla sauce, and lingonberry and cinnamon confections – all crafted from scratch in Artipelag’s pâtisserie.

Artipelag reserves the right to make changes to the menu.
