Artipelag’s skilled chefs prepare all the food from scratch, inspired by the surrounding nature and focusing on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. The dessert table is curated by Artipelag’s experienced bakers and pastry chefs.

About the Summer Buffet

Artipelag's summer buffet is a gastronomic journey through Swedish summer flavours. The buffet offers a rich blend of hot and cold dishes and culminates with a delectable dessert table, ensuring there's something for everyone.

The cold buffet may serve dishes such as Artipelag's own pickled herrings, sage-baked veal with fried capers, tomato salad with stracciatella, poached rainbow trout with dill mayonnaise, and pesto-marinated cauliflower.

The hot buffet may include Italian chicken with white wine, cherry tomatoes, rosemary, chilli and garlic, fried risotto balls with mozzarella, and parmesan-crusted cod.

The abundant dessert table offers a variety of delights, including strawberry panna cotta with rhubarb compôte and almond cake flavoured with pink peppercorn, raspberry cake with vanilla sauce, and an assortment of biscuits. Artipelag's pastry chefs and bakers prepare everything from scratch in a traditional and quality-conscious manner.
