Premiere of Artipelag Restaurant’s Traditional Christmas Buffet
On Thursday, November 28, Artipelag Restaurant opens the doors to its traditional Christmas buffet where guests can savour classic holiday dishes with a modern twist in a peaceful archipelago setting.
From November 28 to December 22, Artipelag will serve its popular Christmas buffet every Thursday to Sunday. Guests can look forward to a culinary experience focused on craftsmanship and locally sourced ingredients. Fish and meat are smoked in Artipelag’s own smokehouse, while herring are pickled on-site. The lavish dessert table, crafted entirely from scratch by Artipelag’s skilled pastry chefs and bakers, offers the perfect conclusion to the meal.
