At Artipelag, all food is made from scratch by our skilled chefs, inspired by the surrounding nature and with a focus on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Artipelag’s experienced pastry chefs and bakers present the generous dessert table.

About the Brunch
A new menu for 2025 is currently in development. Still, examples of dishes served during 2024 on the cold buffet have included dishes such as oven-baked nectarine with stracciatella and pine nuts, Vitello Tonnato, cured salmon with mustard yoghurt and pickled cucumber, aubergine–, beetroot–, and goat’s cheese terrine with roasted walnuts, and crispy kale with parmesan.
The buffet has offered vegan options such as vegan herring and Skagen mix, celeriac pastrami, roasted beets with hazelnuts, and crispy kale.
On the dessert table, guests have enjoyed pastries and desserts such as salted caramel bavaroise with blueberry compôte, crèmeux, and brownie, plum cake with roasted spelt and mascarpone frosting, and raspberry and browned butter pralines.
