About the Brunch
Artipelag’s brunch offers a choice of main course from the restaurant’s à la carte menu, a buffet with carefully selected cold dishes, and a concluding dessert table. Discover your favourites from our exceptional brunch selection – there is something for everyone.
The cold buffet offers delicacies such as beetroot-cured salmon, seared venison with crispy fried Jerusalem artichoke, smoked prawns with aioli, Baltic herring with caraway, and a vendace roe tin with smetana and potato crisps – and much more. Vegetarian options include grilled green asparagus and yoghurt balls with toasted seeds and honey.
At the dessert table you will find, among other treats, blueberry panna cotta with yoghurt crisp, plum cake with vanilla sauce, blood orange and mandarin marmalade, milk chocolate pralines with tonka, dark chocolate pralines with raspberry liquorice, and pastries such as crème fraîche mousse with lingonberry compote, raspberry whipped ganache and chocolate sablé – all made by Artipelag’s own bakers and pastry chefs.
