Café & Pâtisserie
Bådan Café & Pâtisserie is located on the ground floor, and is named after the huge Gneiss rock, or ’båda’ in local archipelago-language. The rock has been eroded to its current beautiful, rounded shape by the ice age, and today, it emerges out of the floor in the middle of our Café.
Take a seat indoors to enjoy the beautiful architecture and panoramic view over the archipelago. During spring, summer, and autumn Artipelag's large outdoor terrace is open, offering afternoon sun and a beautiful view of Baggensfjärden.
All pastries and bread are created from scratch in a craft and quality-conscious manner by Artipelag’s experienced pastry chefs and bakers. Classic baked goods and bread are complemented by more modern creations. The food is prepared by Artipelag’s skilled chefs, with both the pâtisserie and kitchen drawing inspiration from the surrounding nature, emphasizing seasonality and locally sourced ingredients.
There are plenty of seats in Bådan Café & Konditori, table reservation are not possible.
