Artipelag Restaurant
On the top floor, with a breathtaking view of the glistening Baggensfjärden you find Artipelag Restaurant. Make a reservation and experience the best of Stockholm's food and archipelago.
The dining area exudes tranquillity and harmony, with a maritime wooden floor, expansive panoramic windows, and an open fireplace. The furniture, comprising tables and chairs from the November series, was designed explicitly for Artipelag and pays homage to the beautiful November light.
Head Chef Carl Landqvist, in collaboration with Artipelag's chefs, prepares every dish from scratch. The menu is inspired by the surrounding nature, focusing on seasonality and locally sourced produce. Head of Pastry Annie Hesselstad, along with Artipelag's team of pastry chefs and bakers, crafts all desserts in an artisanal and quality-conscious manner.
We are proud that Annie Hesselstad has become the first woman to be awarded the title of Nobel Pastry Chef for 2022 and 2023. The Nobel Pastry, inspired by the dessert served at the Nobel Banquet, is often featured on the menu.
