Let the flavours of summer take centre stage. During the summer season, Artipelag Restaurant serves a generous buffet overlooking Baggensfjärden and the ever-changing landscape of the Stockholm archipelago.

ABOUT THE SUMMER BUFFET

The buffet features a selection of seasonal dishes, carefully prepared with summer ingredients and designed to be enjoyed by both small and larger parties. Settle in for a leisurely lunch or an early dinner in one of Stockholm’s most scenic dining settings.

On the cold buffet, guests are offered delicacies such as pickled herring, fried marinated herring, beet-cured lightly smoked Arctic char with horseradish cream, and lightly charred salmon with chili mayonnaise, alongside Swedish cheeses, a cabbage salad with lime, coriander and peanuts, and a yoghurt dip with dried tomato, capers and potato crisps – and much more.

In addition, matjes herring is served with browned butter, chopped egg, red onion, chives and dill, as well as butter-fried brioche with creamed Hellestad mushrooms and a marbled Swedish cheese.
