For those who want to bring the archipelago indoors
On the ground floor, you will find Artipelag’s jewel – the huge Gneiss rock, or ’båda’ in local archipelago language. The rock has been eroded to its current beautiful, rounded shape by the ice age, and today, it emerges out of the floor in the middle of our café.Bådan is as popular among conference participants as it is with visiting tourists, locals, and summer guests who enjoy driving their own boat to our guest harbour.

Technology and AV
Our technology is flexible and of the highest standard. In the Artbox, you can project furniture layouts directly onto the floor, and all venues are equipped for presentations, sound, and lighting in both conference and event formats. We tailor the setup to your program.
Food & Drinks
Our own kitchen handles all meals — from coffee breaks and buffets to gala dinners for over a thousand guests. We work with seasonal ingredients and customize menus to your program and preferences. Allergies and dietary requirements are accommodated with advance notice.

Every event is unique, and the whole experience is built together with you. Venues, food, activities, and program are combined to fit the purpose of the day — whether it’s an intimate kickoff or a large-scale client event. Our coordinator is with you from first contact to execution.

Artipelag is designed to welcome everyone. Our venues are wheelchair accessible, with accessible restrooms and on-site assistance. Let us know when booking and we’ll make the necessary preparations.
Capacity
We host everything from intimate leadership meetings of five to gala dinners for over a thousand. The Artbox welcomes large events and productions with 11 dressing rooms and space for entire trade fairs, while the pavilions and smaller rooms suit focused working sessions.

The current exhibition can easily become a natural part of your event. Book a private guided tour with one of our art guides — often a highlight for participants. When you combine your conference or event with the exhibition, you’ll receive 50% off the admission price.

Arrow Innovation Awards 2024
One of Arrow’s most significant partner events was held in Artipelag’s spacious event hall, the Artbox, and the scenic natural surroundings. 400 participants gathered for a day filled with inspiration, discussions, and celebration.

Prince Daniel’s Entrepreneurship Day 2023
The 10th anniversary of Prince Daniel’s Entrepreneurship Day was celebrated at Artipelag. Over 200 guests attended the event, which took place in Artipelag’s multifunctional event hall, the Artbox, featuring mingling on Artipelag’s terrace followed by a seated dinner in the foyer.

Red Bull Music Presents Secret Gig X Robyn
On October 27, 2018, Artipelag hosted Robyn’s grand comeback concert. The evening was organised by Red Bull, and with 1 300 guests, the full capacity of Artipelag was utilised.

Artbox event hall
1 200 square metres of possibilities for large events, kick-offs, or conferences. The space has several special advantages. Here you can room a mingle for 1,200 people or a cinema seating for 1,100 people.

Artipelag Restaurant
On the third floor, you will find Artipelag Restaurant with an extensive sea view. The surroundings are equally beautiful all year round, and in the summer, guests can sit on the large terrace.

The Artist room
Located on the first floor is the Artist Room with a separate entrance and its own outside space. Here, artists, speakers, and other guests can get an experience out of the ordinary.

Bådan
A restaurant and café on the second floor with a large terrace and the huge Gneiss rock in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows. The space is beautifully decorated with tables and chairs from Artipelag’s own design series, November.

Björn’s Floor
On the third floor, in connection to Artipelag Restaurant, you will find Björn’s Lounge. In this space, we can arrange a drink or a mingle in a relaxed, lounge environment.

Chrysanthemum
A room for a conference, management meeting, or a dinner. The room is well-suited for 16 dining people.

The Entrance Hall
This room is perfectly suited for arranging gala dinners and cocktail parties. It is also excellent for larger groups to mingle during a conference or an event.

Pavilion 4
This corner pavilion is situated in connection to Artipelag Restaurant. The private room has a view over Baggensfjärden bay and a private terrace with a roof.

Pavilion 1–3
On the top floor of the building, you will find our beautiful pavilions, all of them equipped with private patios.

The Studio
This is a flexible room with several set-up possibilities for meetings, workshops, and private events.

The rooftop terrace
Aim high and give the participants a unique experience, just as breathtaking during the day as in the evening! The rooftop terrace is perfect for a mingle.
