I Follow the Sun
See Artipelag's current exhibition, I Follow the Sun – Sunflowers in Art 1889–2024, by night. The exhibition explores the sunflower's various representations in art through painting, sculpture, and photography from 1889 to the present day. The exhibition I Follow the Sun examines the different portrayals of the sunflower in paintings, sculptures and photographs from 1889 to today. Well-known Nordic artists, including Carl Larsson, Lena Cronqvist, Elina Brotherus and Michael Ancher, are shown alongside international icons such as Emil Nolde, Ai Weiwei and Anselm Kiefer, all of whom have approached the sunflower from a wide variety of artistic and conceptual angles.

Experience Imagine Van Gogh in the evening. Immerse yourself in the famous artworks projected onto walls, floors, and screens in Artipelag's vast Artbox. In this deep dive into Vincent van Gogh's universe, the frames disappear, allowing the viewer to discover the works in a completely new way through an audiovisual, immersive experience. Step directly into world-renowned motifs such as Starry Night, Sunflowers, and Irises, projected onto walls, floors, and screens in Artipelag's large Artbox.

Bådan Café & Pâtisserie will offer its regular menu on Wednesday evenings, delivering well-prepared food and drinks accompanied by delectable desserts from Artipelag's Pâtisserie.

Design Shop
Artipelag's Design Shop will also be open on Wednesday evenings. Here, contemporary design meets Johan Nyrén's magnificent architecture. The Design Shop offers a well-curated selection of unique products, all in the Artipelag spirit of beautiful, sustainable, and innovative design.
