The young Norwegian string quartet Opus13 has already made a name for itself as one of Scandinavia's most sought-after chamber ensembles. In 2023 they received the Equinor Classical Music Award – one of Scandinavia's most prestigious music awards. In August, the quartet creates two unique experiences at Artipelag that can be enjoyed both separately and together.

Evening concert - Opus13 plays Grieg, Ravel and Tarrodi

After the daytime concert, the quartet moves into the art gallery where they present a pan-Nordic program inspired by the exhibition At Arm's Length.

Practical information

Bådan Café & Pâtisserie offers hearty sandwiches, salads, pastries as well as beer, wine and non-alcoholic options.

On the day of the concert Bådan Café & Pâtisserie is open until 5.30 pm with the last order at 5.15 pm.

The daytime concert takes place in Artipelag’s sculpture park. The walk mainly takes place on our footpath with the possibility of bringing a folding chair from our foyer. In case of bad weather or very strong sun, the concert will be moved indoors.

The evening concert takes place in Artipelag’s art gallery which can be reached directly from the foyer without stairs. The same applies to access to WC.
