To coincide with the solo exhibitions of Fredrik Wretman and Apichaya Wanthiang, Bådan Café & Konditori presents a specially created exhibition pastry inspired by the artists’ shared connection to Thailand.
About the Exhibition Pastry
The pastry has been created by Artipelag’s pastry chefs at Bådan Konditori and draws inspiration from the artists’ ties to Thailand. The flavours reflect influences from Thai cuisine, featuring notes of passion fruit, tangor and lemongrass.
The pastry consists of yoghurt mousse with passion fruit cream, browned butter sponge cake, and a whipped tangor ganache flavoured with lemongrass, finished with a yoghurt coating.
A fresh and light dessert – perfect for spring and summer days!
