We have a charter bus service that operates between Stockholm city and Artipelag.<\/p>\n

Please note that from February 21 the bus departs from Kungsbron 2.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Between May and September you can travel to Artipelag by boat with Str\u00f6mma Kanalbolaget\u2019s historic vessel <\/span>M\/S Gustafsberg VII<\/span><\/em>.\u00a0<\/span>The boat departs from Strandv\u00e4gen in central Stockholm, and the trip to Artipelag takes approximately 1.5 hours.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

SL bus from Slussen<\/strong><\/p>\n

Take bus 474 from Slussen towards Hemmesta or M\u00f6lnvik and get off at V\u00e4rmd\u00f6 marknad<\/a> bus stop. From there you need to cross the street and catch the connecting bus 468 towards H\u00e5lludden. Get off at H\u00e5lludden (last stop) which is right outside our entrance. The 468 bus only operates once every hour. Plan your journey to match the buses by using the SL travel planner<\/a>.<\/p>\n

From V\u00e4rmd\u00f6 marknad you can also walk to Artipelag. The distance is approximately 3,5 km. From Stockholm<\/strong><\/p>\n

Take the motorway 222 towards Gustavsberg and follow the directions to H\u00e5lludden\/Artipelag.<\/p>\n

From V\u00e4rmd\u00f6\/Ingar\u00f6<\/strong>
\nTake the freeway 222 towards Stockholm, take the exit V\u00e4rmd\u00f6 marknad and then take the right on Ingar\u00f6v\u00e4gen. Turn left in the roundabout at COOP and thereafter follow directions towards Artipelag. From Gustavsberg, turn right in the roundabout by COOP at V\u00e4rmd\u00f6 Marknad and thereafter follow directions.<\/p>\n

Parking<\/strong>
\nThere are 350 parking spaces distributed across four car parks: Bj\u00f6rn, Lillemor, Josefin, <\/em>and Tony<\/em>. Disabled parking permit holders can park for free in all car parks but must register at the reception at Artipelag.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please note that the upper parking areas at Artipelag are closed with a barrier approximately 60 minutes after the museum closes for the day. The Lillemor and Bj\u00f6rn parking areas remain accessible after the barrier is closed. Overnight parking is not permitted.<\/p>\n

Staying overnight in motorhomes or caravans is not allowed in any of the parking areas.<\/p>\n

On 15\u201316 January, the final section of the road to Artipelag will be closed. Visitors are kindly requested to use Lillemor\u2019s parking.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Charging posts<\/strong>
\nFive charging stations are available in the Tony<\/em> car park. Parking is only allowed while charging and for a maximum of three hours. It costs 3.5 SEK per kWh plus 35 SEK per hour for parking. <\/span>Payment and charging are only possible via Easypark.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prices & Payment
\n<\/strong>Parking at any of Artipelag’s car parks (Lillemor, Bj\u00f6rn, Josefin, and Tony) costs 35 SEK per hour for up to 3 hours, after which it is free.<\/span><\/p>\n

We use the EasyPark<\/a> system for payment, and we recommend that you download their mobile app from the App Store<\/a> (iPhone) or Google Play<\/a> (Android). Parking is registered via a parking camera at entry and exit.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you do not pay via EasyPark, an invoice for the amount due\u00a0<\/span>plus<\/span>\u00a0an invoicing\u00a0<\/span>fee<\/span>\u00a0will be sent through Svea Ekonomi.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is possible to cycle to Artipelag from Stockholm. The bicycle route from Slussen is approximately 25 kilometres and it takes less than 2 hours if you keep a steady pace.<\/p>\n

Almost the entire cycle path is separated from car traffic, and several sections run near water and through greenery.<\/p>\n

Once at Artipelag you can lock your bicycle to the bike racks.<\/p>\n

For visitors arriving to Artipelag by their own boats we offer a guest harbour consisting of 25 berths with Y-booms. Visitors to Artipelag may dock their boats up to 24 hours. Please note that services like electricity, garbage collection or restrooms are not available.<\/p>\n

The berths have a width of between 2,5m up to 5,3 m. The outer length measures approximately 100 m and is well suited for larger boats.<\/p>\n
