New pastry in Bådan
Annie Hesselstad from our prize-winning pastry shop has made this pastry inspired by the exhibition Jan Håfstöm – The white bus.
The pastry consists of vanilla bavaroise, tart apple compot on a crisp graham and pumpkin base. On sale until November 24th, 2019, at Bådan Café & Pâtisserie for SEK 65.
