Artipelag’s head pastry chef Annie Hesselstad, with her confectioners and bakers, creates all the sweets and bread inhouse from scratch. Inspiration comes from the surroundings and nature, with an emphasis on season and locally grown, classic pastries are interspersed with modern creations where the cues of craftsmanship, quality and season always play the main role in what is created.
The bridal couple can personally influence the colours and tastes together with their confectionist and booking representative. You can also decide whether to have the wedding cake delivered as portions or in the traditional way. Changes may incur additional costs.
