Wedding Cakes and Late Evening Dishes

Artipelag’s head pastry chef Annie Hesselstad, with her confectioners and bakers, creates all the sweets and bread inhouse from scratch. Inspiration comes from the surroundings and nature, with an emphasis on season and locally grown, classic pastries are interspersed with modern creations where the cues of craftsmanship, quality and season always play the main role in what is created.

The bridal couple can personally influence the colours and tastes together with their confectionist and booking representative. You can also decide whether to have the wedding cake delivered as portions or in the traditional way. All wedding cakes are included in the menu pricelists. Changes may incur additional costs.

Yoghurt, redcurrants, pistachio
Yoghurt mousse with yoghurt from Järna Mejeri, pistachio dacquoise with pistachio crisp, redcurrant jelly and redcurrant glaze.

Strawberries, rhubarb, sorrel, vanilla
Strawberry bavaroise, rhubarb compote (with fresh Swedish strawberries when in season), pannacotta flavoured with sorrel, vanilla glaze and crispy oat cake.

Milk chocolate, sea buckthorn, passionfruit
Milk-chocolate bavaroise with sea buckthorn compote flavoured with vanilla & star anise, brownie, salted sunflower-seed crisp and passionfruit glaze.

Classic Princess Cake
Sponge layers, creme patissiere and whipped cream, covered in marzipan.

Late Evening Dishes

A light supper really hits the spot late in the evening. We offer a classic premium hotdog and bun for SEK 50 per person. Perfect before your guests start their journey home!
