Lunch at Bådan Buffet & Café

Our lunch offerings are popular with both Artipelag’s visitors and residents and workers in nearby Gustavsberg and Värmdö.

The buffet in Bådan Buffet & Café is served Tuesday through Friday and includes a variety of main courses, a salad buffet, a selection of appetizers, soup of the week, homemade bread with butter, cheese plate with jam, fresh fruit and coffee and tea.

Hot Dishes Menu Tuesday June 20–22th 2017 (Tuesday–Thursday)

Grilled tenderstrip
Served with Café de Paris sauce, oven baked tomato and gravy.

Fried local herring
Served with browned lemon butter, dill and mashed potatoes.

Oven roasted vegetables
Served with crumbled feta cheese, olive oil and thyme.

Hot Dishes Menu June 27–30th 2017 (Tuesday–Friday)

Spicy Swedish pork collar “BBQ-style”
Served with BBQ-béarnaise sauce, french fries and pickled white onion.

Fried haddock (MSC-certified)
Served with curry remoulade sauce, lemon and fried parsley. 

Omelette
Served with creamed spinach and feta cheese. 

Hot Dishes Menu July 3–7th 2017 (Monday–Friday)

Panfried brisket
Served with horseradish cream and baked onion.

Fish and shellfish stew
Served with white wine, saffron, fennel and aioli.

Fried halloumi
Served with beans, tomato and herbs.

No reservations, drop-in only. Open from 11.30 am to 3 pm. Lunch is SEK 235 per adult. For the lunch buffet, we offer a children’s price of SEK 15 per year of the child’s age – up to and including 12 years old, then full price will apply. Only interested in the Soup of the Day? SEK 135, including homemade bread and butter.

We also offer our regular café selection of sandwiches, cakes and pastries.
