Forget shopping and bustling around in the kitchen: book a table at the beautiful Artipelag Restaurant outside Gustavsberg on Värmdö instead! From Good Friday to Easter Monday, you are invited to enjoy the delicious flavours of Easter as prepared by chef Stefan Pernemar and his staff.

Easter Menu – April 14th to 17th, 2017 (Good Friday to Easter Monday)

Starter

Easter-Inspired Cold Buffet
Side plate with spicy pickled herring, gravlax, juniper-smoked salmon, fried pickled herring, soft boiled eggs, creamy crayfish salad, and dill-cooked potatoes.

Main Course

Choose between Spring Lamb or Arctic Char
Served with nettle cream, artichoke comfit, potato croquette, and an herb salad flavoured with lemon.

Dessert

Oscar II’s Cake
Served with fresh raspberries and roasted almonds.

Price: 495 SEK per person.

Children’s Easter Menu

Starter

Small Easter Plate
Gravad lax, creamy crayfish salad, and a soft boiled egg.

Main Course

Spring Chicken
Served with potato croquette and corn on the cob.

Dessert

Vanilla Ice Cream
Served with chocolate sauce and a surprise!
