Easter-Inspired Cold Buffet
Side plate with spicy pickled herring, gravlax, juniper-smoked salmon, fried pickled herring, soft boiled eggs, creamy crayfish salad, and dill-cooked potatoes.
Choose between Spring Lamb or Arctic Char
Served with nettle cream, artichoke comfit, potato croquette, and an herb salad flavoured with lemon.
Oscar II’s Cake
Served with fresh raspberries and roasted almonds.

Children’s Easter Menu
Small Easter Plate
Gravad lax, creamy crayfish salad, and a soft boiled egg.
Served with potato croquette and corn on the cob.
Vanilla Ice Cream
