Buffet at Artipelag Restaurant
The buffet now takes a break while we serve our Christmas buffet. The buffet returns on December 26th.
Our popular buffet is served in Artipelag Restaurant on the top floor of the building. The food is prepared by our outstanding chefs in the open kitchen. Organic and nutritional food is something that Artipelag’s kitchen prides itself on. All ingredients are taken from the current season. Meat, fish, and poultry are delivered from local producers in Värmdö and the surrounding areas. Whatever we cannot find in Värmdö or on our own property, we source from Sweden or the other Nordic countries. We always demand proof of origin and responsible fishing methods from our fish suppliers.
Dishes on the Buffet
The buffet always includes a fish dish, a meat dish and a vegetarian dish, as well as a selection of seasonal vegetables and accompanying options. Salad, aperitifs, starters and homemade bread are also included. For children, pancakes are available.Our head chef Gustav Otterberg does not leave anything to chance and ensures the highest quality even in the smallest detail.
Enjoy our delicious dessert table with a cup of coffee or tea. Our in-house bakery makes an assortment of sweet treats: pastries and desserts.
For those who want something a bit more casual, Bådan Café & Pâtisserie can be found one floor down and there you will find sandwiches, salads, a lighter soup, buns, and pastries.

Bookings are for indoor seating only. If the weather permits, groups can be seated on the outdoor terrace upon arrival.
If you are more than eight people we recommend you to call or e-mail your reservation. This is to ensure that your group will be seated together as desired.
Our lunch buffet is served between Wednesday to Sunday from 11.30 am with the last seating at 2.30 pm.

The weekend price is charged all days between December 26th 2018 and January 6th 2019.
Artipelag only handles card payments. We accept credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
