Welcome to a summer brunch beyond the ordinary – served in Artipelag Restaurant with panoramic views of the Stockholm archipelago. Our experienced chefs and pastry chefs prepare every dish and dessert from scratch, drawing inspiration from the surrounding nature and crafting them with the finest seasonal ingredients.

Youths (13-17 years): 545 SEK
Children (4-12 years): 295 SEK
Children (0-3 years): free of charge

About the Summer Brunch

The brunch begins with a selection of carefully prepared cold dishes, followed by your choice of a hot main course from our à la carte menu. It concludes with a lavish dessert table created by Artipelag's pastry chefs and bakers. Every detail is allowed to shine – from meticulously composed dishes to exquisite desserts in a variety of flavours and textures.

Artipelag's summer brunch is a culinary experience that combines gastronomy with the serenity of the archipelago. With something for every taste, you're warmly invited to discover your favourites and enjoy an unforgettable brunch by the sea.

The dessert table is a delight in itself, featuring treats like vanilla bavarois with rhubarb and strawberry compote, lemon curd and oat biscuit, blueberry muffins with cream cheese frosting, miso caramel chocolates, apricot jelly sweets, and chocolate and cardamom biscuits – all crafted from scratch in Artipelag’s pâtisserie.

Moules frites
Blue mussels in cream and white wine, served with herb aioli and French fries

Steak tartare – Ö-slakt
Served with chilli mayonnaise, pickled silver onion, crispy potatoes and grilled bread

Catch of the day
Served with potato cake, Sandefjord sauce, herb oil and spinach

Corn ribs
Served with aioli, smoked paprika, padrón peppers and Parmesan fries
