Exhibition pastry for “At Arm’s Length”

The pastry for the current exhibition "At arm’s Length", is a reflection of the characteristic triangle and colours of Olle Bærtling's geometric art works.
Our Pâtisserie, headed by Annie Hesselstad, has created the pastry with a pumpkin seed-pistachio base, pistachio crisp, blackcurrant compote, raspberry mousse and raspberry glaze.
The pastry is available in Bådan Café & Pâtisserie during the entire exhibition period (March 11, 2023 – October 1, 2023).
